I don't think cic send undertaking form again to all applicants, maybe your friend case lacked something.

hello mash_afg,

in my opinion don't send it if cic didn't ask you. I applied in 2007 and didn't send that form with my additional docs and I got a letter that my application is compete.

On a side note, my folks are applying for Visitor Visa, in purpose of visit, there are 3 options

Business
Tourism
Other

I said pick Other and give reason: Visiting Son or should it be Tourism?

Does it make a huge difference?

Mash_afg, send only if you think their is a change in values & CIC is asking for C printout.

Example: you applied in Nov 2007, so when u filled, you made estimate $40,000 from Nov 2006- Nov 2007 income. But now CIC is asking for option C printout, then use your option C printout for 2007 to update with actual income you made during Nov 2006-2007 & update IMM1344A form. It is much more safer this way instead of they rejecting it or asking for further info.

It could be letter or email

Most got letter, I myself got email with pdf attachment letter.

Just updated my signature with correct url to the spreadsheet, we should use this as lot of new users without knowledge of excel end up deleting or changing data accidentally.

This will provide html webpage any user can view & we could update the spreadsheet for them.
