@ khaira--- On the electronic copy of any application, it is Mississauga Office's responsibility to enter the details of payments made by the applicants. Hence any payments that you make, you have to ensure that CPC-M is aware of it, by sending a copy of the receipt with all the details on it (applicant's names, dob etc). One way to find out if payments are correctly applied is by going through the GCMS notes. They clearly indicate if any payments are due or not applied. LVO would simply go by this when sending letters to applicants asking them to make payments.
