PP request is all case by case, some people are asked very close to medical request, like I did. Based on average you should be able to get visa in 4-5 months max.

@ khaira--- On the electronic copy of any application, it is Mississauga Office's responsibility to enter the details of payments made by the applicants. Hence any payments that you make, you have to ensure that CPC-M is aware of it, by sending a copy of the receipt with all the details on it (applicant's names, dob etc). One way to find out if payments are correctly applied is by going through the GCMS notes. They clearly indicate if any payments are due or not applied. LVO would simply go by this when sending letters to applicants asking them to make payments.

And case is with LVO ND, 2 dependents and both were under 22 when applied for sponsorship.

And now ecas show application received and medical received.

How much time will it take on an Avg. for visa???

And as i can see some people are waiting from Nov-12 for Visa so my question is why Visa is not issued to them??? is that because ND LVO want more documents from them or some other problem???? Or ND LVO is not issuing visa to any one????

Just processing time, they ask docs from others if they require - judging by your timeline - I'd sit back another 4 months min easily

Being a 2009 applicant, you are quite lucky, we have some 2008 applicants who still havent got meds request

IN process is usually when they require more docs but App Rec/Meds Received and then goes to decision made if nothing is required

you might be lucky and get it in 3-4 months but based on the way LVO-ND is heading I wont bet my house on it. We have provided all the documentation and after 6 months are still waiting.
