She was suppose to be full time student since then.
If she was not...she definitely does nt eligible as a dependent.
And if she did then she is eligible 101%.
Btw u saying JUST 5 months ?
They disquilfy even if it's 1day above the age of 22 and not a full time student.
Rule r rules. It's all written on cic website.
I hope they give u positive responce an ur sis get visa as wel as ur family.
