Hi All, My parents got the letter for the submission of passport for trv on 30th March. On 31st march we have submitted the webform and got the awb number. we are still waiting for the passport to be picked. I have called customer care and sent various emails. They are asking 24-48 hours time...

Congratulations... Can you please put some light on why ur 2nd medical is submitted late??? Coz mine first medical is expired in april and waiting for the 2nd one.

I am also waiting for re-med.Ours medical expired in april. Dont know when they will ask for medical again.

Hi, You are type - A dependent. Age gets locked at the time application is filed. So as it was 19 so you are Type- A dependent. New delhi LVO usually ask for passports as well... Islamabad ask latter .... And regarding date you can send a letter with the file or email to LVO explaining your...

On E-cas it shows medical received and in GCMS notes also it shows medical passed....So that is not the case....

E-cas status is still in Application Received, That's why don't have much hope for decision made before medical expire ....

3,4 days left for medical to expire....Don't know what to do ......

Hi, As per my knowledge they will ask you to justify about income, They will send you letter for that i think and then you can explain...But if they will close the file then you can hire an immigrant lawyer and can appeal.... Better take suggestion from any immigration lawyer and send Visa...

Thats really strange... your passports With you or submitted to embassy ....

I think there nothing to worry then...And next time i will sent consent form from his side also....May be then they will display his data also.
