I have read those definitions again with a different perspective now and think:

first and foremost important is: one must be dependent on parents at the time of application and until visa is issued

u can be dependent only if:
1) u r less than 22 yrs old and unmarried.
2) u r more than 22 but full-time student in post sec institute and financial dependent on parents.
3) u r mentally or physically handicapped.

Lock-in age of dependent children
"The lock-in of age for dependent children is the day CPC-M receives a completed IMM 1344AE
and correct processing fees. Dependent children must be less than 22 years of age when the
sponsorship application is received."

i dont knw wht wud b the lock-in age of someone who is already more than 22 but full-time student. But u will have to prove how u r dependent on the parents fm the day application is submitted to the visa issuance. if u r still less than 22 , u shd not b married n if u are now (at time of visa issuance) more than 22 u hv to b studying. u shd b dependent throughout the process!!

this is wht my understanding is now!!! again i might b completely wrong

Just provide the affidavit as user828 said.Do provide all name and date of birth bearing documents such as education/domicile/passports.

* you'r very lucky, i applied in Dec 2007, and last letter i got in April2012- as file transferred to Cpp-O full case sheet is given below.....

** since you'r file also was at CPP-O can you give me clue that Who sent you the Medical Req, PP request, and what your Visa shows, i mean where it got stamped CPPO / LVO

* where did you send the medical, and as you said VFS office that means you sent the PPs to Cpp-O canada through vfs office ?????

* since you are sponsor, what was the home and Mail address was showing in E-status, Kindly let me know, cause my parents gave my address as Mail address in PR forms, so where shall the mail go, cause they are here and no one at permanent address....

You can go to any oath commissioner or any court where you can find them and get this drafted and signed off. Its easy pezy!

But they have asked personal details history from 1975 so that will include all anyway

just mention the travel history between dates which they ask for and applied new FBI clearence send document as soon as possible don't wait for FBI clearence.just get it on your side so if they want u can send it as soon as possible.

do u have dependents as well?

I did not had. My parents are also in Canada.
Try this you will get results:-
1. email CPC-O ask for status
2. order GCMS notes (file copy) free since your parents in Canada.
3. No reply within 7 days, contact MP.

If everthing goes well, you should expect passport request once medicals are done. You will get PPR request from CPP-O by email.
You MUST inform CPC-O that they are in Canada since...

I have one more question....they are asking to provide personal history with no gaps, i am providing details as follows -
03 1966 to 06 1984
07 1984 to 06 1986

so the 2nd line i.e from 07 1984 will be considered as GAP? or should i continue 2nd line from 06 1984
