We can appeal if they screw up like that but this email system is not 100% ( its fast for sure and we could have said mailing address only as there are so many possibilities that some emails can be missed in a large distribution list, junk/spam email ), they should have a way of confirming if people got it or no. In my case, its pretty evident that wrong email was there so they have to acknowledge the error. By the way, how did you discover that they delayed it? constant emailing to ND.
