Hi I got reply from MPs office, they say that medical papers were sent to my in-laws on nov 26, but they did not received anything....now the guy from MPs office will try to talk to ND office and try to get another set of papers. And He told us to try and call CIC Mississauga office and try to get the papers from them....I dont understand whats going on!!! I dont have words to express my frustration!!!!

I'll not submit documents again, I'll just mention these were submitted earlier. Let me know how you go about Tayable B of family tree. I already submitted certified copies back in May 2012, my dad had them from Pakistan.

Gaggi dont get disappinted.. You will hear something very soon. In some cases they dont update the ecas and sent paspports directly, so that might be the case with you! ..

I have noticed a strange thing, when ever we are checking the eCas status using my mothers client ID number, its working fine and giving us the right info. But when we are using the File number sent to us by ISB it cannot find anything.

Can you please share your experience on this?

Ya, same going on with me - sent to the wrong email and MP is working to get that sorted, I have already emailed them but waiting
Had a chance to speak to jattincanada yesterday over the phone and they knew someone with the same issue and they repeatedly contacted ND who refused to resend the papers but after asking where they sent it, they emailed the papers again
So I am basically waiting for the same and now I see you have the same issue, and Nov 26-26 jan ( technically have 5 days left ) so your in-law can send PP and paperwork if they want to but it wil be w/o paperwork and they can explain that they never got anything. I was thinking of doing the same but waiting for MP to respond

Received passports today with visa and COPR.... Date stamp on return envelope was Jan 08.... Five years and 3 weeks wait is finally over... We'll go for landing soon in coming days....

Thanks Bro... This year a lot of people at LVO's will receive visas... Folks who have recently received or are going to receive medicals.... will see visas coming their way within 3-6 months.... The target for this year is 25,000.... Good Luck.. I'll be around to help friends with queries... if I have answers...

We can appeal if they screw up like that but this email system is not 100% ( its fast for sure and we could have said mailing address only as there are so many possibilities that some emails can be missed in a large distribution list, junk/spam email ), they should have a way of confirming if people got it or no. In my case, its pretty evident that wrong email was there so they have to acknowledge the error. By the way, how did you discover that they delayed it? constant emailing to ND. I found out through GCMS ( who delayed and took 2 months else I would have been within time frame ) and no replies to my constant faxes

Hi Lattim - It is your turn indeed... someone whose parents passports were received by Seattle on December 17.... also got passports back today.. their passports were mailed by Seattle on Jan 14...

If I am not wrong.. your parents passports were received by Seattle on Dec 19.... So within few days.. you are gonna receive passports...

My parents visa was stamped on Jan 07...
