Status is still Decision made , got PR Card yesterday

my mother did flagpoling on January 25,2013. but ecas still does not say "Complete" it still says "Decision Made" is that Normal ? any experience ?

Just couple of days , my case I got email same day as status changed to Decesion Made

Finally my mother Landed today , did flag poling at border .......... Good Luck to everyone and if someone can update the spreadsheet.

RajMalhotra ji , as u know I got COPR today , the accompanied letter says you have option to call toll Free number to make an appointment at the nearest citizenship and immigration office for landing , So what you think it is better than flagpoling or not , just asking if anyone has an Idea

I think in above scenerio if the person has PR Card , it should not be a problem at point of entry. but if they do not have PR Card for any reason and they are applying a travel Document (for returning residents) there might be some problem to satisfy visa officer at Chandigarh or New Delhi

ask ICICI Bank in India, I openend an Account in ICICI Canada and transferred Money before I Landed in 2005 , it was through ICICI Bank in India.ICICI Canada has even provided me Balance certificate to show as a proof for funds.

no need to worry, based on my understanding they have PR Card expiring on February 2014. if it is true they can come to canada before that.when ever they come before Feb.2014 only thing you have to make sure that they will have to stay in Canada for continously for at least 2 years to save...
