I guess you shouldn't delay it and get it done.So far I don't know anyone who had requested a delay for visa.People are even landing on two weeks notice.Getting the visa and getting this process done should be the main priority.

thanks to all...my parents done their medical on 6 dec 2012 and my medical was done on 8 dec 2012 because i am in canada so did my medical separately. i sent the passport n forms on 17 dec 2012....and i also didnt sent mine passport.

Why did you have to go for Medical Examination. You are sponsor for your parents application. Right?

gaggidhillon in my case e-cas still shows decision made on June 5,2012 i received medicals in july and then again request for some additional medical tests in sept which is done again on 8 oct,2012 but nothing is updated on e-cas.... when my e-cas gonna be updated if anybdy have an idea ....

My E-cas: document received on February 1, 2012
Start treatment of the document July 30, 2012
Instruction for Medical tests received on August 28, 2012
I had my first medical visit on September 18, 2012 and sent the same day in London
Then on October 1, 2012, I was asked to do an additional test
Additional test sent to London on December 17, 2012 and received there on December 20, 2012
My e-cas hasen't been changed since then , still in-progress.
Please help me what to do

MALAG, I have added your information to SPONSORSHIP TIMELINE. Can you share some more information on your application. When did you apply for sponsorship. When and where was your file transferred. Is it at CPP-O or LVO.

As regard progress on your file: Your new medical reports will be assessed by CIC health department and accordingly IO will move your file to next step in processing. Medical Results update on eCas can take anywhere from few weeks to few months.

nanapush again I need your advice.my father sent passport copies and 2 photographs to London chic on dec 11 and received on dec 12 .he did not get copr yet.my father sent Royal Mail a4 return envelope.that was not prepaid envelope.because in passport request cic mention do not put stamps on return envelope.do u think that return envelope is not prepaid,that could be reason they did not mail copr.i called cic and chc London asked them same question, they are not giving any proper answer.any advice.
