Recently so many people came to Canada on very very short notices.They all had businesses to properties to sell.I think your father can come ,do his landing and then go back and see his business matters.

By reading this forum and others people are mostly ready to land in one week.He cn go back in a week and then you can send his PR card later to re enter.It is a option and possible .

This was the plan originally. But he can not exactly do this now because his visa there is being renewed and if he leaves the country now he can not go back. So hopefully he will renew his visa there before expiry of landing visa and will come for his landing.

yes 100% true and logical thing to do, and i think there is some procedure for PR card......if you land in Canada and havent rec'd PR card and you have to leave Canada

You explained the situation well.That's what I was telling to member 39.He can easily prove that sister is full time student and continuously goes to uni.The only concern which I see is from visa officer is that there is no consistency in the subjects.I really appreciate that you,user828,ranja and raj really gave good points to address that isue.
39 I will highly recommend you to polish our suggestions and add in your letter.We will try to add more to it.The reasons for history and computer are so good I don't think so someone can deny that.Try to get a letter or affidavit from English teacher/tutor/or college.

Hi Kandel and Veeru, I think I am in the same boat, my family size increased after I sponsored in 2008. My application as a sponsor has been approved by CPC-M and sent to ND for further processing. My ecas status says IN PROCESS and have not received anything from them.....they started processing on 19th dec 2012. I havent notified them about my new born. Do you think they will get to know by itself? Will it create any problem in my case? Please help me because I think the members of this forum has much more experience than any immi lawyer!!! I mean it!!!

Hi pp11 ok as you have already been answered i agree with rajaji to inform cic as they can check your LICOat final stage before issuing visa but i also agree with rajmalhotra that if you do not meet LICO then just keep quiet for now because it could create big problem for your family if you did not make income according to ur family size. Do let us know if you have or not

Hello everybody i am new to this forum i have sponser my parents and siblings on 30 april 2008 and i receive additional document request in march 2012 ..........i send documents in month of june and received a letter from mississauga in august that your file is comlete and now in processing queue.......after that i received nothing nor any mail neither any e-mail so it is almost 6 months what shud i do and what is AOR and when i supposed to get that ..........please help me. One thing more i check online status of my application and now there are two lines ..........one line states your application to sponser your family received on april 30th 2009 and second line shows with the name of my father that your application for permanent residence received on 30th april 2009 i cud not understand what is this and why they written 2009 instead of 2008

Did you get AOR for your sponsorship application? If yes, what is the date on that? You will need to contact CIC to find out if this is an error.

That's the 1st letter, then you receive a letter stating where your file went. What is your home country? if India then your file is probably in New Delhi ( like most files with siblings ). But first make sure to correct the date as there is something called "lock-in" date and if your file is mistakenly become 2009 then it might be unfairly delayed.

So call CIC and clear it out, find where your file is and then you can order GCMS notes to see what is happening with your file

Its IMM 5563 for Access to Personal Info ( Choose Electronic File, Status of App and File #, Location: eg, New Delhi ) , IMM 5744 ( Consent from Principal App to allow you to ask for such info , has to be signed ), fee of $5.00 - forms and fee is payable online at www.cic.gc.ca and then send all attachments to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca ( take about a month to get results )

But his ecas doesn't tell Decision made.His file is still in Missisauga and being processed.
He will get approval soon but needs to call cic and ask for latest status as well mention the application date.
