decision has been made on January 10,2012 and address has been change to Canadian on January 12, 2012.
how New Delhi visa office sent the passport back with reglar mail or courier? please help......

It's true. Just trying to make sure that the letter has not been missing somewhere... They sent two documents requests last year with just 5 months time between them. It's getting close to a year now since the last documents request... Keep waiting...

With 160K backlog at the beginning of 2012 and 25K visas allotted for 2012 and 2013 each, do the math when all the backlog would be cleared. CIC is working hard within the mandate given to them. Its not easy to guess how they would tackle the backlog.
