Im doing it for our common cause.
As for Delhi is concerned, there were more than 6900 applications(including both parents and other dependents) on sept 30, 2011.
And I have cited the following website.

This is fab!!!

I think CPP-O is pausing a bit, I don't see anyone receiving emails for medicals after Shuga. Shuga got it on Feb 15th. Not sure, what was going on.

Speaking of that table you linked (inventory data from sponsorourparents site): can anyone clarify what in queue vs. final decision is. Do we have to add up those two numbers to get the total # of cases pending in the local office? I.e. for example when we try to compare the quotas for the year with the inventory should we take into account both final decision and in queue stock?

For example, it says that for all offices it is 22989 in queue and 10642 cases in final decision group (as of September end). SO 33631 in total vs. 36000 plan for 2012 as per Browneagle links, correct?

Thanks again for sharing. Thats similar to Shuga's timeline. In two weeks CPP-O requested medicals.

To Anik

I think the 10,642 is the number of visa issued, but they did not enter into Canada on Sept 30, 2011. I am not sure about it.

That is what I am wondering too. That would be nice if we did not have to count those towards the 2012 quota in your links (but I am not sure about that either)

they have 15,000 visa target for parents/grand parents for CPCs-in Canada... does it mean that CPP-O will issue visas? or they still will forward the cases for visa issuing to the local office - but these visas will be counted as 'in Canada'?
