file transfer to CIC-ND on 5th April 2012...its more than 125 days gone....E cas still shows ''Application Recevied''.....OMG !!! How much wait !!!!!

Likewise, I sent them PCC and FBI myself ( since they are taking their sweet time to ask me). I also sent them IM 1017 Medical Report, which my folks did for TRV 2 months ago - I know they will ask for another meds but was hoping they could clearly see that they did the same test as others did for PR

We see more action from CPP-O, ND is way slow

Today, I see my status changed to "Decision Made". I called CIC and the agent told me that
my application approved on August 10, 2012 and the file is transferred to New Delhi as expected (I have
dependent in my case).

oh !!! i really aware for file processing criteria .....i think after transfer files to CIC-ND... They(cic-nd) should be send PPR or any medical request etc....bcoz i think ND is a last processing period of our application...final decission made by CIC-ND....its according to me.....plz correct me if I m wrong !!!!!

Yes, as per the trend. People with our time line should get meds and PPR by September-october ( but again, this is speculation and going by the timeline of others )

You are lucky to speak to an agent. I have called CIC call centre every day last week multiple times and every time it says all lines are busy and cuts me off. Anyone else experience the same issue? I tried different times of day and no luck. I am in BC.
