forms for parents are not on CIC web site...
did you try to call the doctor and explain what happened? may be the doctor can provide the forms?

Well we contacted the medical office in our country - they said they don't have it....
The only thing left - to ask somebody in Canada...l

totally agree - one of our friends got the same instructions from cic - to contact the doctor for the missing forms, they should have the coppies of the forms.

Did your friend get them at the end? If yes, could you, please, ask him what medical office was that?

Yes you are right .There are two other cases who just got PR last week from Islamabad witin three weeks of sending passports .Another two cases I read on canadavisa forum where they have sent the passports and waiting.It looks lie ISL is really working.Lets hope we get our PR as quickly as possible.Most of the cases which are getting PR are approved in 2010.Though timeline is 46 months but some lucky ones are getting within 24 months. .

I don't trust on the 46 month, i think this is not updated yet. I think you and Rabi will get their visa this year.
