Yes you are right .There are two other cases who just got PR last week from Islamabad witin three weeks of sending passports .Another two cases I read on canadavisa forum where they have sent the passports and waiting.It looks lie ISL is really working.Lets hope we get our PR as quickly as possible.Most of the cases which are getting PR are approved in 2010.Though timeline is 46 months but some lucky ones are getting within 24 months. .

Hi guys,

Does any of you know where I can get forms for medical exam for parents? The problem is that CPC Ottawa sent me a request for medical, but I've never got it.....I sent an e-mail to them asking to re-send it again, but they've never replied....Call centre is just useless - they don't have access to files in Ottawa and can do NOTHING to help me...I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO......There is not any forms for parents medical on their web site (only for spouses)

What can I do????

Any help will be really appreciated.

Today online status says "Application received" under PR application also. In addition to this, I received an e-mail on August 9th saying we have received your application on 2009 (which is date of my original application).

My timeline:
Application filed: July 2009
Additional doc.: March 30, 2012
Doc. sent: May 17, 2012
AOR: May 23, 2012
LVO: ISB

Now waiting for decision (hopefully it will be soon).

did you try to call the doctor and explain what happened? may be the doctor can provide the forms?

totally agree - one of our friends got the same instructions from cic - to contact the doctor for the missing forms, they should have the coppies of the forms.
