Well I take it positive cause once they move the cases sent before Nov , 2011 it is our turn. And my case was closer to July 2007. So it gives me hope.

Hello everyone!!! I was following this forum and google doc from quite some time but posting first time. I like all the expert comments and give us lot of relief . Here is my time line
File applied: Feb 27,2008
Doc requested: Mar 3, 2012
Doc sent: May 14, 2012
Rest is waiting

Please add mine timeline and let me know if I missed something and I have dependents also in my file so might be that's why delayed for AOR but my question is I checked online status and that says app received(that is normal) but when I checked on phone it is saying that "your sponsorship undertaking has been forwarded to your relaivetive closest visa office on feb 10,2010" so how that can be possible ? I also talked to agents and even they don't know, any comments would be appreciated !!

Thanks again for all this beautiful efforts for this wonderful tracking tools.

HOw long they take to process the GCMS notes by email. How many days it takes to get a response from CIC.

30 days... no difference if it's e-mail or mail... and they might ask for additional time and/or money (never happened to me)

It takes about a month to receive the GCMS notes by email. As for the response from CIC, it depends from case to case. If your question falls within the processing times, they would not bother to reply (other than a standard reply). If it pertains to additional information you are providing, then they would update their records fairly quickly - but would not confirm that they have done it.

How do you expect the police certificate to show up in the file?

Hi Shuga, in my case, I had submitted the PCC separately (without them requesting for it). In the GCMS notes it shows under the INCOMING section which provides details of information we supplied after the file was transferred. I had not requested for a physical copy of the file.

Maybe the incoming section is only for those transactions that the CIC has not initiated? Do you have your parent's medicals included in this section? I doubt, that would be the case.

may be...
actually i think i have only ATIP requests under incoming correspondence section... Create Office: GCMS-SYSTEM, item: ATIP

nothing else... none of my e-mails are there... medicals are not there...

Hello Friends,
This morning I found that our cute Google spread sheet was little jacked up. While fixing it I also reformatted so it's better organized now.
Just a polite reminder for those who may be new to Google Docs. It saves the changes automatically. So you may be thinking your changes are only local but actually the moment spread sheet is changed it's saved to the internet copy.
BTW thanks A TON to who created this Spread sheet. It's a great tracking tool for all of us.
Hope Somebody is keeping a BACKUP :)
Cute google spread hahah so sweet...Rajaji is one of our member and i believe he's got the backup copy of our table

Thanks Kandel for the reply and wishes. Yes that is very strange about the auotomated phone message but that is true, not sure and I will keep posting about my updates

I got the AOR today (July 12/12), letter dated July 6th. Everything is fine now/completed.
Now waiting for the 2nd letter.
Nothing I see on ecas. I am using my Client Id for ecas but my mom visited here 2 yr ago but she is not a principal applicant, my dad is. should i be using her client ID to check ecas even she is not a principal applicant?
