I hope its transferred to Ottawa though.
How long it takes for that letter to arrive? (Provided e-mail, but i guess CIC likes regular mail atleast in my case)
Ha ha it does seem like that sometimesmohalite said:Sidhu Baai
I got the letter on 13 April. The letter was dated 10 April. eCas changed on 16 April. So I got the letter before eCas status changed to Decision Made on sponsorship. In Anik's case status has changed but letter has not been dispatched yet. I think CIC throw a dice and decide what to do based on that.
The agent said it was approved and most likely will go to local office (but he did say the office part is not 100% finalized or something like that - not sure how he determined it is not 100% confirmed, he was not very clear)asidhu5 said:Thanks for sharing your experience.
did you ask what kind of decision is made?
No, not yet but I am planning to.user828 said:Did u apply for it? I want to but not sure what to ask for?
hello dear can u please share ur timeline as which year u started sponsership and when cic send u request for option c print which year or years option c print out asked from you ? as i request if u replyapple_talk said:Submitted on Dec 15, 2011 additional docs, then on Jan 15th got email AOR (changed e-CAS to 2 LINES). Feb 1st week got email saying needs option C printout to process sponsorship application. Submitted in March tax docs & then April 14th, got sponsorship approved email.
So from past history guys getting email for sponsorship approval files moving to local office or CPC-O?
In your case, you will have to get option-c print out for tax year 2008.mash_afg said:hello guys

Do not leave National ID field blank. You can use any ID like a PAN card, Voter's ID Card, even a 'ration card' will do. I believe this is "required" and not optional.D_India said:I left the national id field blank as we don't have any national id in India.

really they would send back PCC if you mail them to CPC Mississauga?kandel said:Hi pari you cant send pcc on its own to mississauga unless they ask for it.....otherwise they will return it back to you its written in our second batch letter....i think they are taking more time cuz u guys have dependants so unfair
I believe, the people in the second batch of 'additional documents' have a set of instructions that are different from those from the first batch (Nov 25). The changes include asking for Option C print outs as well as asking people NOT to send PCC. I do not think these changes would affect people who are in the first batch.raatri said:really they would send back PCC if you mail them to CPC Mississauga?
Well pari, mine is different as i sent originally on jan 23, asked to submit affidavits, and re-submitted docs on feb 23,2012.Pari4u said:people who sent the doc on 23 Feb got decision made and us with depndent waiting to here even sent doc on jan 26 no luck so frustrating ,and CIC said they will work on applications as they recived in yah right this is what it is and plus we have no chance for the ottowa office so further delay with local vo great and great news,
Happy for those whose file got moved to Ottowa and have some answer to it.
i am going to call CIC tomorrow for this and see what they have to say good luck to me and my fellow dependent file sponser.
