My mom received an email from CHC Newdelhi asking to go for further medical exam as follows:
"This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa application for Canada.
The results of your initial medical examinations did not establish that you meet the medical admissibility criteria of Canada's Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). Further medical information is required before a decision can be reached.
A recent report from a Cardiologist is required. Please forward a report addressing history, physical examination findings (including NYHA level and CCS functional class of angina if appropriate), state of target organs, functional capacity management needs and expected prognosis. The following investigations should be considered where clinically appropriate:
- Echocardiography (including ejection fraction)
- Resting ECG
- Exercise ECG test (if indicated)
- Cardiac stress test
- Nuclear stress test.
If your original Panel Physician is not available, please follow this link for information to assist in locating a Panel Physician in your area: http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/
You have 30 days from the date of this letter to comply with this request. Failure to do so will result in the closing of your Immigration medical file, and will result in the refusal of your visa application.
I dont know that do my mom has to go back to DMP for this specialists tests or she can go to any cardiologist for these tests to be done?
Thank you.
