better to order GCMS notes to see they updated your file according to information you sent by fax or mail if not then sponsor should email to London office to remove your sister from file.
Already ordered notes.
after getting notes will email them accordingly.

September 08, 2008 (Parents + sister )

May 15, 2012 Application Transfrred to Islamabad Pakistan

MAY 02, 2013 MEDICAL WAS DONE

JUNE 27, 2013 QUEBEC SELECTION WAS SUBMITTED TO ISLAMABAD PAKSITAN

Since I submitted Quebec Selection to Islamabad, I have no answer.

March 06, 2014 emailed to Islamabad immigration inquiry for the status of my application (no response).

July 07, 2014 Contacted MP to inquire about the application. ( no response yet from MP)

I am too worried. What should I do now? Because my country mates who did sponsor just a few months before me. They already have asked to submit the passport in November 2013.

Any suggestion please.......

Thanks...

Based on the sponsorship agreement, it is said that parents CANT avail any social benefits for the length of the agreed term i.e. 10 years for previous applications and 20 for the recent ones.

My question is:
Does that include Health Care, OSAP as well?

Parents are permanent residents, so they are fully entitled to OHIP, and other govt benefits, etc like everyone else.

Only thing not allowed is for them to claim WELFARE. (during the undertaking period of 10 yrs for older cases)

They can work, study, volunteer, just like everyone else. NO Welfare for 10 years (undertaking period.)
If they are laid off from a job, they can also claim EI, just like any working Canadians.

Islamabad-related people should order GCMS, to find out if the cases are being transferred to London or still in Islamabad.

Family-class and economic class files for Pakistan are now handled by London (spousal sponsorships under family class)
