Client ID and UCI are the same. UCI is Universal Client Identification. Fill in the principal applicant's name and address.

Contact info of ALL Visa offices are on CIC website. Why are you asking people here?

You can email it, or attach it to case-specific inquiry on Visa office's website.....google it if you can't find it otherwise.

Yours or PA ( doesnt matter ) and send via courier, it simply needs to be attached to your file

Its better to send them authorization letter, when they land - your father can tell them that your are already in Canada and will flagpole later this week ( they are not concerned who got passport etc, that' a customs question and in your case, its obvious anyways )

However, the concern is mostly at India - if they see them carrying another passport, - **when you pass security** ( even with auth letter ) then it can be issue since rule is still grey area about carrying passport as I confirmed with Indian consulate that it's only WITHIN India but it doesn't say that behind the passport. I got my parents passport in checked luggage to avoid that

Once done, you can simply goto border with COPR and say you want to flagpole - I don't think you can take father as his visa would be cancelled when he lands but thats not an issue anyways

They take long time to get back for such queries, easier to ask here

How long does it take to receive ordered ATIP/GCMS notes?
