....thats stage 2, after reaching Vienna - but its upto 54 months, doesnt take that long

So today I was able to check the status online and this is all it says. When we applied to sponsor our family we also applied for permanent residence cards as well. So now we are only waiting on Vienna but I'm confused with the online status.

1.We received your application for permanent residence on March 13, 2009.


Does this mean that they started the process on March 13,2009?

my time line is as follows.

Applied July 2008.

Medical march 2013.


They want me to prove financial support to family. my sister as dependent.
My case was simple. Until
last year my sister got married. I sent an email to CHC and asked to withdraw her.
But in few months. She separated from her husband due to domestic violence and very controlling behavior.

Now CIC wants me to prove that she was student while married.

2)Financial dependent on us. Which i can prove with my remittances receipts.
3)finaly divorce certificate. Which is in process. It takes 90 days. Which almost over. I should have it in few days.
Now, Plz suggest what can be done to reply 1st issue.

I have a question frinds.I have dependent sis over the 22 at the time of application.bt she is nt full time student nor doing job.she live In home.wt is chance of getting visa.give some advice plzzz.

i think less than 5%, she doesnt qualify as it is written in Type B dependency, she lost her eligibility

I had only one dependent. My sister who was 20 years old at the time of application. I applied in June 2007. You can see my whole timeline under my signature.

People who have received income reassessment can you please tell me if you receive it for the current year or for all the years your application was in que for.

I applied in August 2010 my income for the preceding 12 months was OK but right after I applied I lost my job and went on parental leave making my income short by 5K for 2010. For 2011,2012,2013 I am good in terms of meeting the LICO.

I am just worried if they ask for notice of assessment for 2010 to verify the pay stubs and personal income I put until August 2010 it will show the my TOTAL income for 2010 is lower on that NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT.

People who were reassessed can you please respond.

Thanks for the response.

You sent your file in May 2010. Can you tell me what additional documents they requested from you, I was not making enough in 2009 that's why I used half 2009 and half 2010. I already attached the notice of assessment for 2009.

What additional info did they ask you ?

I am already in canada on postgrad work oermit and i am the dependent on the file
My parents passport is already in new delhi since last january and i had to come back after my medicals i brought my passport due to my job
In november i missed one email in which they were asking for my fingerprints within 30 days
As so i have missed that so what would be my best solution pls pls help

hello our status changed to today that they start processing our file jan 13,2014
medical and passport req was in nov 2012 , DNA request in Mar 2013, dna result in confirmed in Dec 2013

I don't know if we will get some good news soon

The entire application is being returned to you for this reason"

I googled "the ninth set of Ministerial Instructions" and did read it, still have no clues what I did wrong. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you.

Did you submit Option C print out or NOA for 2010, 2011 and 2012?

You could apply for GCMS notes under the Privacy Act.
