My father just received the PHEP letter. I just dont know how to react!!!! I am sooooooooo excited and happy.... ;D ;D ...... In how many days do they send the passports back? 8)

Yipeeeee I am so happy.. They have called my father to New Delhi on Monday to pick up our passports and she said collect them with Visa stamped. I dunno if that is positive but after trying to repeatedly calling and emailing the NDVO they have finally responded...

One thing more..u said in earlier posts that now u will hire a lawyer..So..is it because of lawyer or u have contacted CIC urself??

Common man u were telling that there was interview scheduled ????? so have u not got any letter for interview or the date of interivew....did ur gcms noted sayyys that interview is scheduled???

GCMS notes says that there will be interview but not scheduled yet.
Haven't rec'd any letter or call for interview.

Well yes I get it on the 20th.. However there is no one to get it from India to London until the 27th.. But anyways I am going to attach all my emails to the CHC ND when I apply for the UK visa extension saying look they have made me late... But 28days over is allowed in UK ;D

This is such a huge relief really...

The lawyers did not do anything more than just sending them one email.. I contacted the CHC ND called them every second day and sent all emails as being my father as he is the principal applicant... Bdw I had a representative from the start of my application.. It is just that they do not understand the depth of the problem as we coz we are facing it

You can contact them they are quite flexible however I had pre-informed my lawyer that I will contact them so do not do it without informing them..

Hi All,

I am in the process of sponsoring my parents (father is the main sponsored person + mother) to move to Quebec.

Application Received by CIC: Dec 11 2009
Decision made by CIC: Jan 10 2014

I should receive the letter by mail this week and hopefully it will be positive so will then apply for CSQ for them.

My question is, how long should I expect to wait before they get the approval for CSQ and then the transfer to the Beirut office (they live in Lebanon) ? Any educated guess would help.
