So unfair for the ones who get transferred to local VO :-( The queue order is already messed up and now with transfer to local VO many people who applied earieler will have to wait a long time again and end up way behind
PCC is not mandatory before request but in some countries it take time to get it (in mine takes 1 month) I think when they request for it they give us 60 days. so its up to you to get it before or after request.salyrm said:
