hi everybody, i'm new to this forum... i have one question

Has it been confirmed whether or not the proposal for amendment to the definition of "dependent child" has been accepted for the January 2014 resumption of new applications to the Family Class Sponsorship?

I was suppose to be sponsored through my parents in the class b definition ,"The child has been continuously enrolled in and in attendance as a full‑time student at a post‑secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority and has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent either:since before the age of 22" therefore i'm just concerned if the officials had anything new to say on the matter.

1. Option C Printout 2009/2010.
2. Application forms for Principal Applicant
3. Travel documents and passports
4. Proof of relationsip to Sponsor
5. Identity & Civil status documents
6. Proof of Dependent children to Principal Applicant
7. Photos

As far as we know, those are the new rules ( unless it gets changed after new minister )

The only originals they ask of are the application forms and photos. The rest are copies and the translation (if required).

yes i was self employed when applied. But i am 2011 applicant. what did they asked you as proof in addoinal documents?

Thank you for your reply. They ask for Option C only. But in our case our income is more complicated due to the estate and farms.
