its been more then two months since my parents did biometrics. online its showing the recent enrollment date however, under details it is saying " we did not receive your biometrics"

any thoughts ?

you can call CIC or create web request to check if they your parents biometrics

It was same situation with me, so i called ircc to confirm. They said the biometrics have been received.

did you receive any update online or its still showing you the same. ?

My case is with Mississauga, and it still shows the same that "We need your fingerprints" even though the account shows that Biometric are submitted. So i called IRCC to confirm if those have been received or not.

Dear members,

I had submitted parent sponsorship in July 27 and received the AOR + PCC (Feb 5) to my email.

I am in process of submitting the PCC and based on instructions there are 3 options, email / gckey / webform.

For some reason i dont see upload button on gckey otherwise i would have preferred that option.

Has anyone submitted their PCC via email, if so have you sent the PCC from your email or your parents email ?

Was it successfully accepted and processed by IRCC ?

I just submitted PCC through personal email, and received an automatic reply. It could be anyone's email, in the AOR letter it mentions to submit a valid email so I confirmed the email for communications in the email body. Previously additional documents were submitted the same way and it was processed, so hoping for the same with PCC.

Your income level should already be determined not something that can be adjusted to meet LICO.

Biometrics are updated same minute on portal. If not definitely some technical issue is there or they were not completed that time. Call them and confirm

It's hard to tell. If you look at previous PGP applications, some get medical twice and even 3 times because medical expired before they can issue visa.

But some did get visa with only one medical. (1 year before expiry)

Also important to mention you are a 2023 applicant. Also may be Quebec applicant. You are posting in the 2024 thread so medical request can mean different things depending on the timeline.

Exactly! I though he/she is a 2024 PGP applicant and thinking that's way too early to tell.

I submitted my parent application on April 2024 and we are in Quebec
