thats weird , I do not remember pasting them to PDF , IMM 1344 , 5476 , 5768 does not required name in Native language . and the WebForm IMM 5406 and 5669 do require name in native language but they work just fine when we tried to do copy paste from Google translate .
I do not recall putting name in native language in any PDF file , All i remember is putting in only WebForm .
I have already subscribed paid version of Adobe since one month. Yesterday I contacted Adobe’s customer support, I shared my computer screen with them and even after more than 2 hours of debugging online they gave up and issue remains same and blamed these government forms have issues. Still my ticket is open. I told them you people are coding Adobe not the government, that’s your problem

Finally got an invitation to sponsor my parents yesterday after 10 years of waiting. Was such a bittersweet moment.

So now getting ready to file. I see the application is to be filed by parents but they are in India with no internet access.

I thought I could file from here as their authorized representative. But When i try to sign up as a representative, it asks for IRCC's membership ID#

I am not an immigration consultant. Can I be their authorized representative ?

Hi Can you please confirm if you have applied by yourself or you had to hire someone else, please share the information, I am in the same boat and I have only few weeks left to prepare everything. thanks

IMM 5406 . Top in the instruction it tells to input all family members’ names in English and native language too.

IMM 5669 Q#2.

Thank you, I appreciate your prompt response

But I am confused with the following wording:

```
The application must be submitted by the principal applicant (your parent or grandparent) or by an authorized representative on their behalf. If an authorized representative is submitting the application online on behalf of the principal applicant, the authorized representative must sign in to their Representative Permanent Residence (PR) Portal account to do so (https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/rep/login).
```

I am here in Canada and my Dad is in India, I want to submit on his behalf.. wouldn't I be considered as a representative as well? with the form filled IMM 5476? if so then wouldn't I be using the link https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/rep/login as they have mentioned in the Invite letter?

But when we open the link, it says for Licensed Representatives.

I am kinda in this right now
Please advise @dpatel08

to start with the email that you received the communication from IRCC is the one to create the PR portal with for you not to explain why it was changed ,when applying online start with the check list IMM 5771 ,one of the documents is IMM 5476 use of representative ( in your case you will be the representative of your parents .

that's exactly where I am kind of confused too, if I am using IMM 5476 and declaring myself as representative, shouldn't I need to apply from the link https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/rep/login rather than https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

as they have mentioned in the invite doc as following:

```
For the 2022 intake, you and the parents and grandparents you want to sponsor must submit your complete application online through the Permanent Residence Portal (https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login). The application must be submitted by the principal applicant (your parent or grandparent) or by an authorized representative on their behalf. If an authorized representative is submitting the application online on behalf of the principal applicant, the authorized representative must sign in to their Representative Permanent Residence (PR) Portal account to do so (https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/rep/login).
they are not your clients ,they are your parents ,to elaborate on it ,you are not being paid to be a rep .so it should be Permanent resident portal and not welcome to the representative permanent resident portal because its for licensed rep ...and you are not one .
Note that if one of your parents can secure a NOC A, B or 0 skill level job then the other will qualify for an open work permit based on the spouse's skilled closed work permit.
IMO the most difficult bit is finding the employer and job. Consultant / lawyer really can't help with this. If you want to understand LMIA exemption codes, go with a lawyer (not a consultant). That's what the lawyer can help with. You'll be on your own in finding the job.
Thank you!
