Note that if one of your parents can secure a NOC A, B or 0 skill level job then the other will qualify for an open work permit based on the spouse's skilled closed work permit.thank you. Hoping to find something that will be interesting for my parents and help them integrate into Canadian society. This will also be good as they’ll be able to get provincial health coverage and entry/exit privileges from Canada without having to be worried about an interview at the border every time they travel(as is the case with the supervisa).
the supervisa in my opinion is a very poorly designed policy especially from a healthcare angle.
IMO the most difficult bit is finding the employer and job. Consultant / lawyer really can't help with this. If you want to understand LMIA exemption codes, go with a lawyer (not a consultant). That's what the lawyer can help with. You'll be on your own in finding the job.
