Schedule A back Ground must be filled for both Parents , Once you start filling application for principal Applicant ( For example - Father ) then after one point it will ask you do you want to add dependent then you can add ( Mother ) and provide all her information . Remember - Do not forget to provide the names in Native language .My friend wants me to ask if she used her father as a principal applicant, so her mother is dependent, so while she fills in the schedule A background and declaration form, she needs to fill out both her parent's information.
Also, she fills out the 5406 additional family information form, where she fills out her grandma's info, grandpa passed away, so do her grandma and grandpa need to be filled in Schedule A or not?
If Grand Parents are not invited to come to Canada then you do not need to fill out Schedule A form for them .
