Any idea about medical validity? As it was done within 3 years to extend visitors visa will it be valid ?

As far as I know, medical will expire in a year and have to be redone. This applies for Work permit, PR and I hope the process be same for Citizenship as well...

Hello,

I'm a Nov 22, 2021 applicant. I received notification today that my IMM 5406 is incomplete. Not really sure what's incomplete ... maybe I made a mistake writing "None" for the email field instead of "Not Applicable."

To those who received the same notification, did you resubmit IMM 5406 by email using this form? https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5406e.pdf

Did you include full addresses with postal codes? Did you complete children and siblings sections (if applicable) for principle applicant and dependent?

Yes, I submitted full addresses with postal codes. And, yes, completed the siblings and children sections for principal applicant. The children are both above 18 and are not dependents.

I think I found my mistake... I overlooked providing the city, country and date of death for the PA's mother and father.

Hi, can anyone help me with the answer, is it mandatory to fill up English with native language IMM 5406? I got the request to fill up and re-submit via email IMM 5406. Once I open the new IMM 5406 it says "Complete all names in English and in your native language". Unfortunately, when I copied from google translate to this form it is not working, I was able to paste it but it shows just ???? ????. did anyone able to do it in their native language? should I just do it in English, Please suggest? Thank you in advanced

For the first part, what country was the marriage certificate issued? be sure the copy is clear colored copy as wel and include a LOE that it has been previously provided, except they have a problem with the issuing body.

For the second one, please download a copy of teh form online, fill on pdf, print and get your parents to sign. Send it via email to them.

I think you need to add your native language to windows or mac. Then your laptop will recognize the fonts and you will able to paste the words properly.
When did you apply?
