i am trying to understand who are dependents and not,
i am sponsoring my parents- ( Mom and Dad), we are 4 children to them, total 6 member including me. All 4 are independent and not at all dependent on our father who will be primary applicant, Do i still need to add my siblings in the 5669 form?

No to both questions. You have to add only your father, mother and anyone who is their dependent who may join now or in future..

This is incorrect. in additional family form, you need to add all children, parents and siblings (regardless of status, citizenship and age) in the from.

In the IMM008 form, it asks if the principal applicant has used any other names (e.g. nickname, alias, etc.) As an answer, should we include previous last names from previous marriages? (Currently my mom's last name is her maiden name) She had two different last names from her two previous marriages.

Yes. And any names (including ones with spelling mistakes in other documents, see that a lot in this forum) that's been used ever.

i dont think he will have to mention himself, the instructions says to include only who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

That's for IMM 0008. In additional family form, you need to include all (doesn't matter of citizenship or age)

Hi, i know the instructions are not clear in CIC portal. I ma also looking for input regarding physical sign from parents not in Canada.

Can i send scan copies of IMM 3344 form for parents to print, sign and scan again to create PDF. Does this work or should we send the physical copies via courier.

Only the signature of the principal applicant is needed in the one of the application forms. You can sign ur own part with the co-signer, scan colored and send by email to your parent. They print it out and sign, and scan colored back to you by email for upload if you are the one completing the form for them.

I couldn't figure that out but I took a screenshot of the important parts especially the personal, travel and employment history. Pasted the screenshots I needed on word document and saved it. Just in case there is any request to update anything from IRCC.

IMM008 is available online, it is to be completed within the online account. You don't need to download it. The only documents requiring downloading and reuploading after signature are IMM1344 and IMM5768. Others are available online. The document checklist also provides a guide

I didnt see anything like that in the document checklist. I only ensured most support documents are clear colored scanned copy.
