Hello everyone, any help from people who went through or experienced this or have an idea on such requests will be appreciated. The following Letter was received for the PGP applicants and were given only
7 days to respond with the requested information. It is worth mentioning that the application was stuck in security check for years

All family members, whether accompanying or not, must undergo medical examinations and provide police certificates during the primary applicant's immigration process, as per subsection 70(1)(e) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. Exceptions include legally separated or divorced spouses and children not in the applicant's legal custody. Failure to complete these examinations means the applicant cannot sponsor these family members later, according to section 117(9)(d) of the regulations.
1/Official documents/explanation pertaining previous arrests, charges, convictions or detention from border officers anywhere in the world (for everyone in the application) -
NO arrests or any previous charges anywhere, the applicants wonder what this refer to - could be a mistake, etc?
2/ Detailed explanation/affidavit of military history with a completed IMM5546 (if applicable) -
No any military background/history, is an affidavit required in this case?
3/Police certificates for any country where you have lived for more than 6 months since the age of 18 -
This was sent before (if Applicants are in Canada, do they need police/RCMP criminal check certificate?)

The Letter cited that if the requested information not received before the 7days deadline a decision will be made based on the information currently on file, and no further opportunity will be provided to provide additional details or clarifications and may result in the rejection of the application and no further consideration will be given to the permanent residence application unless a new application and fees is submitted.
is this considered a PFL or something else? any input will be helpful
