we were 2021 applicant too. received passport request a week ago. you shoud be getting update too. they are now clearing 2021 applicants.

If the applicant is in Canada
Portal 1: email asking about your information like Full name, current address/country
Reply in the email copy paste the template they gave you.
Portal 2: mailing address and upload a photo for your PR card.

IRCC uses the applicant’s current residential address on file to determine if they are already in Canada or not. If this information shows the applicant to be in Canada, IRCC will be sending you the P1 and P2 emails otherwise; you will be receiving PPR (Passport Request).

Note that if for any reason, the applicant happen to come Canada before you receive PPR, you’re expected to notify IRCC via webform so that address on file will be updated. Good luck!
