Is there anybody who has been asked to send the form IMM 0008 for dependents again?
I sponsored my parents and my sister as their dependent child. Ankara office asked us to send the IMM 0008 for my mom and my sister. I don't get it as it is one form and their information were added in dependent sections. My question is: do I have to fill out the form again or for mom and sister separately? Because if I fill the form out separately or only for my mom and sister, the number of family in application won't be matched.

IMM0008 is required only for the principal applicant (PA). Information for dependent has to be added in the same form of PA. Better get help of experienced person or the immigration consultant.

What is the date of your invitation letter.
Did you go your SA to DM today?

504 - VTG1 - received SA letter via email 14 January and LVO is CPC-M not sure why since parents in India.
Request for all other info - PCC, info specific to country, Biometrics(already done), medical appointment on 20 January.
505 - VTG2 - received SA letter via email 14 January and LVO is CPC-M not sure why since parents in-law are also in India.
Request for all other info - PCC, info specific to country, Biometrics(already done), medical appointment partially completed 14 January, x Ray 16 January.

Question regarding birth certificate since none of the parents have it I was wondering if anyone has send Adhar card, voter id, PAN card and if that’s sufficient since no one has school certificates anymore!

What additional documents did they ask: Passport copies of applicants, resume?

Is the applicants' birth certificate or sponsor's? Many have sent school certificates, Aadhar Card, Voter ID.
This is to prove the relationship of sponsor with the applicant parent as birth certificates was not available.

Double check the docs you provided before to see who was the PA and Deps. Check all the info in the forms.

They asked for copies of passport all pages which I am sure I have sent before, also travel history since age 18 which is challenging since they got rid of passports that old and also military record and resume/cv again from age 18.
They are asking for birth certificate of parents if I understand correctly to confirm date of birth I am asking parents to get affidavits made along with adhar cars, voter id!

Hi everyone,

Today I got my second set of notes, in which its mentioned “case pending receipt of SSC - AB”, they have sent the province enquiry for my co-signer. It was requested on August 08.
I have already called Alberta works and went to one of their offices in Calgary but they don’t know where such enquiries from IRCC go and they were also saying that if I/co-signer never took it, they won’t have any record for us so they could not check anything for us.
Now I don’t know how do I get the province to send the response to IRCC, if I contact my MP, i think she will get the same response from IRCC that they are waiting response from Alberta.
Anyone from Alberta knows about such department?

They may ask imm 0008 if new version is available....they may mean to include you sister info on same form

I don’t think you need a lawyer for that. Lawyer won’t be able to expedite anything.
