Hello All,

Just curious if anybody is in same situation as my parents. Medicals have been passed and it shows on CIC as well. Parents also provided biometrics as required (about 4 weeks ago) BUT on CIC it still shows they need biometrics. The biometrics fields have already been populated. However, on CIC platform, it says Action Required and that they have not received the biometrics yet even though all the fields are populated. I called CIC and they said to contact NDVO for an update. Now I am wondering if NDVO is taking a long time to update CIC or if I should send a webform to confirm that I don't need to do anything else on our end.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I would send a web form question. Before doing biometrics for us the status was action required. When biometrics were done they info was filled and the status came back to submitted

Yes, some people reported similar issue like yours. As you are not in the trackers, it's hard to tell why.

You will have to be a little more patient than this. I believe you are being processed at CPC-M and if so, please review the office specific wait time for the DM2 to PPR step.

14 days average from DM2 to PPR and in some cases (yours truly) 49 days wait bw DM2 to PPR at CPC-M... 49! -> 4 & 9 -> 49!

In your case, its not even 4 working days; that said, I do understand that it seems forever and can seem frustrating given that the timing also varies per Case Officer...

However if it is NDVO, you should be receiving it shortly, fingers crossed...:D

Thanks for the details information friend.

Ha Ha , think a little too late for this now .
The tracker provide all the insight of the trend and things happening in the IRCC and with different applicants. Forum members data is the only thing that matters in the tracker. The actual number of people got the PPR is less than 10% probably, so your (and many other people who recently commented in the forum but not in the tracker) data will greatly help the rest 90%.

Hi All,

So I received RCMP PCC and uploaded it to my CIC profile.

Despite this, the main page is still showing "Your Action Is Required"
I wonder if this is a common occurrence?
Please guide.

Thanks

It is unfortunate that we are having to go through this. In my case, I got the social services department in Ontario to resend the response to IRCC. The 2nd response was sent to IRCC almost a month ago and my file still hasn't moved. So in my case, IRCC has received response from social services twice yet I am still awaiting DM on sponsor side.
