Other than the Invitation letter being on top of every document and 2nd is the document checklist, is there somewhere that I can see a guide for the arrangement of the forms somewhere?

Form - IMM5768 Question#14 : Employment History Sponsor
Q1 - I am employed and self employed - so shall I check box both? (I think yes, any reason I shouldn't)
Q2 - I have thought of initially putting the package per annum value which doesn't coincide with the calendar month e.g. 1st Mar 2017 to 31st Jan 2018 - Company Name - Address - Phone No. $xx,xxxx Family size......... is this correct of putting the financial value OR
Shall I calculate my total income for the calendar month against the source (Employment or Self-employment source) and enter under Gross income (most likely using the PaySlip section Y-T-D)

In my opinion, it's best to wait till we get AOR (mid June)as missing to write name in Native language should not be reason to label whole application as incomplete. We can always appeal but it's case to case basis and merely depends on visa officer.Sending application again might delay our original spot.
That’s right I will wait.

Hi Guys, I need your help with income requirements. I had an accident in 2016 and that is why for half year I was on income replacement benefit. I know that income replacement benefit is not taxable and that is why not showing in my CRA assessment. Now I am $2000.00 short in my income for 2016, and have double the income requirements for 2017 and 2018. What should I Do? please help and give me some advise as to should I write a letter of explanation. Do they even take that into consideration or I am not sure what to do :(

Can somebody also tell me how long would it take for an application to get refused based on income requirements?

Why income replacement benefit is not taxable? it should be taxable. Consult wit an accountant and do an adjustment, but do not send adjustment form, ask the accountant to refile your taxes, as in this case the notice of assessment will be ready after 10 days, in case of sending adjustment forms it may take months.

my spouse's permanent resident card is expiring next in first week of month, she has applied for citizenship too. just wanted to know if copy of her permanent resident card is still valid or need additional documents to support the file

tweet reads: "Note we don't need the original signatures when you submit your application. We accept faxed or scanned signatures. Note that a processing officer may ask to see the original signatures later on."
save urself the trouble, e-mail it to them and have them mail it back to you, it shouldn't take longer than a week with regular mail. they can always pay the extra and send it express, it shouldn't be awfully expensive from the US. remember u will also need their pictures - taken in a professional studio ;)
