this case should just submit 3 yrs tax return in paper and not give SIN, but don't know if that will work or they still request 2018 later?

Are you in the same boat Jolly1234? If you think you are not eligible now, you can withdraw and get full refund before they send you a rejection letter

But for tax year 2019, if you anticipate that you will be short for income for that year, you can always add certain amount on income and pay tax for the additional amount when filing tax. You will need to do your own research on how to create artificial income as I cannot advise you how to do it since it is again my ethics and also illegal.

Artificial income is illegal as you are cheating the immigration department by declaring income that is not real. Not to mention that it can trigger big audit later

Anyone self assessed your income and if you find yourself not eligible, you can withdraw the application now and get a full refund. Do not wait till you got rejected as you will lose your fee and got a full rejection record

hey guys!

I am sponsoring my mother and needed some info so I called the immigration office to confirm some info about the parents birth certificate.

They told me that I need to provide my mothers birth certificate as well. I thought we only need to provide that if we are sponsoring grandparents as well.

Did you guys send in your parents birth certificate?

I have done it in my earlier application for Visitor visa and Supervisa. It worked so should be fine.

You only have to provide your birth certificate when sponsoring your parents.

If you are sponsoring your grandparents, you also have to submit the birth certificate of your parent (s)

Thanks @Andy_s. For #4 and #5, I meant whose details do we fill in? Sponsor's or principal applicant?
