Anyone? please help

Did anyone have troubles with the form IMM 5669? I got an email from CIC twice telling me to do a handwritten signature. I did that already and just last month, I received another email to do a hand written signature.

Did you get your response? I thought it was at the same time so I sent it to quebec but it got returned back saying that I didnt send the acceptance letter from the canadian immigration. I thought the first email we all received was the one.
