ask your accountant to see if you can make your 2016 meet LICO...if not, then wait till 2020.

You might get an email requesting additional documents in a few days. As I said before, if you want to be sure, call CIC and ask them. That's the best way to find out what they want.
I just checked MyCiC account and there is a message from Singapore LVO acknowledging the receipt of my application 22 Nov 2018. It's interesting how Singapore does it. They send AOR for PR application. There is no medical or PCC request.

Received ppr yesterday..ecas decision was made 09nov and passport request 21nov

my parents medical was passed two weeks ago, but no pcc yet. I checked ecas status today and its showing decision made ( for both sponser and PR). my cic status show background check in progress and still reviewing the eligibility. all confused any insight in this matter will be greatly appreciated?

ECAS status is changed to "Decision Made" on 21-Nov-2018, but when I clicked on it, it says "Medical received".
I already have linked the file to CIC account. When I logged in through that, it still says "Background check is in progress".
Any idea ??

No. I did not get anything in mycic..i i ju can check status background in progress..medical pcc and ppr received in email

I just logged in to my eCAS and it is now showing application as being received. Hopefully the AOR should be coming in soon now.

I am in the same kind of situation, ecas shows decision made, mycic shows medical passed but ircc never requested pcc yet ? my parents travel back and forth to Canada on visitor visa all the time, may be that's why they don't require pcc? I am not entirely sure. let me know please if u find out more what that means.

I am still trying different combinations and still not working. I called at 9 am but they got too busy.I wish you all the best if you can get hold of them on the phone
I heard best time to call them from Vancouver is between 4 am to 5 am
I will try again tomorrow at 6!!
However, our reply mail has been delivered to ottawa via Canada Post Xpresspost. So there's no delay from the strike!!
