Anyone....

My parents did receive the e-medical tracking sheet from the doctor but don't see any options in ecas(GCKey) to upload any such document. I am sure the doctor would send directly to CIC but not sure if the applicant also has to upload the e-medical tracking sheet.

My nephew did it in 2014 and there were no issues then. He has travelled to US many times after that occasions.

I have one question on the Financial Evaluation in the employment history section where it says family size should I include there the person I am going to sponsor?

They surely could have made more clearer. I had trouble with this as well and application guide does not explain how to answer that either. But, my assumption was that they want to know your family size in those corresponding years (e.g 2012 - 2013 - Employer XXXXXXX - Address etc... and family size at that time). That's how I answered it in my evaluation form and got accepted as sponsor yesterday. The totally number of family members including the persons being sponsored is already calculated in section 2 to 8.

Lots of diseases will cost over $20K/year. For seniors things like various forms of dementia, various lung issues like emphysema, etc. COPD, liver disease due to hepatitis or cirrhosis, advanced kidney disease, some forms of diabetes if insulin is involved, cancer, major cardiac issues, and I could go on.
For younger people: genetic diseases, most autoimmune conditions (e.g. crohn's/ulcerative colitis, MS, etc.), some forms of epilepsy, CP, severe visual impairment, cystic fibrosis, severe kidney disease, type 1 diabetes, cardiac issues most likely needing surgery, cancer or history of cancer, HIV with other health issues, uncontrolled psychiatric issues, etc. It is not that hard to get to 20K these days with a few days in hospital or a few trips to the ER, some scans, specialist visits and some medications.

Possibly. I don't know what goes on in the calculation. $20K in 2018 standards is still better than $6k prior to April 2018 is what i am saying.
Some might pass by.

we did a flagpole in Abbotsford, it was very quite and hardly took us 30 minutes to wrap whole process .

I am round 2 applicant. I called the IRCC and got the temporary file number on Friday 2nd Nov. They said that it is in progress of completion. Once completed I will be notified. No ETA can be provided.

We did the medical on October 29, and received the medical passed in MyCIC account, and medical received on ECAS on November 2.
I didn't have to upload through MyCIC account. But we did the medical after receiving the request with the receipt that they have provided.

If you did it upfront medical before the request, not quite sure, but if you did it after with the receipt and proper panel physician, I don't think that you will need to do anything.

Application sent it through the mail and received by CIC on Sep 6th and
i received an email with XF Application number on October 24th
and i sent an email with required document on Oct 26th
now iam waiting for my AOR
not able to check my status and not able to link my dads CIC account with the paper application

Financial requirements
CPC-M assesses whether or not the sponsor is in receipt of social assistance for a reason other than disability and meets the requirement of R133(1)(j), i.e. has a total income that is equal to or greater than the minimum necessary income (MNI) that sponsors and a co-signer (where applicable) must meet to satisfy IRCC that they are able to provide the basic requirements, e.g. food, clothing, and shelter for:

• the family member and any of their dependants being sponsored
• the sponsor’s family
• any family member and dependants they and a co-signer (when applicable) previously sponsored, if the undertaking is still in effect.

MNI figures based on total family size are updated each year based on Low Income Cut-off (LICO) figures established by Statistics Canada. For persons sponsoring parent and grandparent applications, MNI is LICO figures + 30%. Quebec establishes its own MNI figures, which equate to the gross annual income required according to the Consumer Price Index published by Statistics Canada.

Under R133(4), a sponsor is exempt from meeting MNI requirements when they are sponsoring a spouse or partner, dependent child or grandchild; however, they cannot be in receipt of social assistance for a reason other than disability. Also, because a sponsor signs an undertaking promising to give financial support for the basic needs of the people being sponsored, all sponsors must demonstrate that they can meet that sponsorship obligation, i.e. that they can provide for the basic needs of the person(s) being sponsored.

The spouse or common-law partner of a sponsor is eligible to act as a co-signer on a sponsorship application. Sponsored spouses or common-law partners who are applying for permanent residence cannot act as co-signers."
