---A new police clearance certificate for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, for you and for all accompanying dependants over the age of 18, if the prior certificates on file are greater than 12 months old. Please quote our complete file number on your correspondence and send your correspondence by mail to the High Commission.

questions
1) My parent are in Canada on super visa so we assume we need PCC from high commission of India and from RCMP in Canada(as they have been in Canada for 1 year). For RCMP we plan to use third party provider , is this correct?

2)If they are requesting imm5562e.pdf does that mean something was missing the first time around or is this normal?

3) Planning to send documents to New Delhi, did anyone send via fedEx/courier with signature required?

I don’t think you need pcc for their stay in Canada. I read that on cic site in question section. And why you want to send them by courier , you can just upload these things on online account and it will be faster.

So far among all the applicants of 2018, just myself is assigned with Singapore as local visa office. They received the application 2 months ago and since then waiting .. Ottawa seems much faster.

Any clue how long does it takes to get passport request . I am just wondering my parents are coming here week after this can I submit passports here in Canada and will they get back in a month or so as we are heading to London after that .

I called cic last Friday, they provide me a temporary file number.
It start with XF000656***
Provide SIN and NOA both

I am just wondering if there will be a line added in the ECAS after receiving the police clearance certificate by IRCC. I sent the PCC to IRCC through email about 3 weeks ago. I have not heard anything back from IRCC so far other than the auto reply after sending the email with attachment. Has anybody else here sent the PCC through email?
