Quick question; Do others, who have received AOR, also have a section called "important information about using a representative" in their AOR? Or is this just in my AOR? Is this something standard that they include in AOR?

They have added that information in every one's AOR.That is a standard message sent to everyone.

try the link above, use your UCI# or the Receipt # of the fee paid, if you use receipt# then use the principal applicants details as on the application, if you use your USI# then your details.

I received an e-mail that states :Your application has been accepted under the intake cap for 2018
Does this mean that I was accepted as a sponsor?
Does this mean that the file is sent to the embassy ?
I am looking the application on line and it says : We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you. it dosen't say anything if I was accepted as a sponsor or not.
Also I called and checked from the automated phone and it states :Review of eligibility has not started yet???
Its all so confusing...
Please help me

This is AOR. It means that they are revewing your documents and determining your eligibility. You'll get another message later to confirm that you are eligible to be a sponsor and your parents docs sent for processing to a local visa office.

In my AOR letter also there was a paragraph for 'Use of representative form IMM5476'.

I think it is part of their standard letter format, so all AOR letters will contain it.

Not sure if I'm being tracked here, but my wife received the AOR to her PGP Application for her mother and brother on Friday. Today she also received an email asking her to submit her father's death certificate (although we did provide it with the initial application as well :/ ).

hi, I received the file number in my cic online account today, no email yet! My application was received on May 2, 2018. I'm not sure if I should expect a letter for that.

Ladies and Gentlemen, if one is already on the spreadsheet (SS) then please provide the most up to date row number for updating it further- I would suggest that one go into the SS and look at their current row#, if not on SS then please provide full details
When was the application recvd? Was Sin# provided or just NOA? Destination Province etc .
This will be helpful for moderators to upload and tracking purposes.
