My application is received on 27th April, still no ECAS update or AOR.
I have an unrelated question:
My parents have Super Visa, but there is no specific period of stay mentioned on passport, what is the maximum period of stay ? is it 6 months or 2 years ? Just wondering if i need to apply for extension before 6 months or its automatic 2 year stay because its a Super Visa.

Are you parents here in Canada? Duration should be written down below the stamp when entering Canada.

When did you submit? I dont see your name on the SS

Hi, I have joined this forum today. I have sent the application for my parents on 16 May and got the Canada Post confirmation with Signature on 17 May. How long before I get the AOR and also be able to see status online.

I sent in second week of april and got AOR around April 19 .

App is "In process since" June 7 and since then no update.

Can some one add me in .

But how long does this really takes for them to have a decision .

I haven't received AOR yet so was just concerned as I am moving to a new apartment in July.

I did the same , they sent me the new package, i'm hoping to receive it by Monday and then will mail it to Ottawa..

Can you please give me all details...when you submitted file first time and after how long they asked you to resend forms, Have you received your application no. ?

For first entry it is 2 years, During and after second entry to canada on supervisa...some times they mark it on passport (6 months or 1 year ), if nothing is mentioned below the stamp..it means your parents can stay upto 6 months. and you can apply for extension 2 months before. however my friend applied only 1 month before...her parents got extension.
