It means there has not been any updates for your application yet. When were your application delivered to Ottawa, according to the Post?

I was able to link my parent's application to my gckey profile. I used file number, main applicant's (my father) info and number of persons in total (sponsor + co-sponsor+main applicant + main applicant's spouse)

April 30 and there are people that send it after me and they can link it.So strange
