Experts, I have two questions regarding Parents Sponsorship. If you could please reply.

1- My parents have already Super Visa and I applied for PR too. They are planning to Visit Canada and will stay here for a while. Meanwhile if the local office of my home country asked for their passports for PR Visa, what options will I have ?
2- In Parents Sponsorship, after approval, do they need to appear for Interview in local office ? Or most they are deciding on papers and later ask for passports for stamping ?

Thank you
Please, any one can reply. Will be appreciated. Thanks

Hi guys,

just out of curiosity, I've sent the application, and the application was received few days after.
I haven't received the AOR yet, which I expected; however, I am not able to link the application on CIC website.

Is it normal that I cannot link my application until I receive AOR?
It has been more than few weeks that the application was received.
To be more exact, they received the application on May 8, and I'm not still able to link the application.

Does anyone experience the same issue?

I have lost all the hopes when it comes to super visa of my parents which I applied in April 2017. Unfortunately, they went to a very corrupt hospital in Ludhiana for their medical where my Mother was compelled to have stint surgery done. My Mother has had a bypass surgery done. I got second, third, fourth opinion(specialists in India, USA), every specialist suggested to not to touch her heart. So, we refused the surgery and apparently upset the hospital.
Eventually, my parents visa was refused because of vague reasons. It definitely led to months of depression for everyone in my family.
I even wrote a email to Chandigarh Embassy, never got a reply and I never expected it, so was not very frustrated.
After one year, about a month ago, my Mother got a call from embassy and the lady apologized to my Mother for ignoring the file for the reasons best embassy should know. She advised my Mother to send medical again as every other document was in place. It’s been a month since they sent the medical but the file is still in processing. Though they were promised over the call that it will be processed quickly.

I can't even imagine your frustration and stress, but I am glad that IRCC got back to you for the re-medical. Wishing you good luck for the remaining process.
Could you please provide the name of hospital?
