My parents got their birth certificate affidavits made and tested by notary and also they made 2 marriage cert. affidavits made; one by notary and one by magistrate.
Are you sponsoring your grandparents ? Curious why everyone is asking about Parent's birth certificates. According to the checklist, those are only needed if you're sponsoring grandparents.

Hi question for you all. I have got an invitation to sponsor my parents. Unfortunately, my wife never received an invitation to sponsor her parents. If she cosigns my application, can we still sponsor her parents on a later date? or do we have to wait until my parents' file is processed. for example, lets say my wife gets an invitation next year and my parents' file is in process. We can still sponsor her parents next year.

From what I understand, your wife does not need to wait until your application is processed. If she is selected to sponsor her parents in the 2nd round this year or next year, she can put you as her co-signer. The only thing is that, both of you will need to meet the LICO for your current undertakings PLUS her parents in order for her to be qualified as sponsor.

Hi All,
I came to this country as a student, I completed graduation, then worked, then have become a permanent resident since 3.5 years. I recently applied for my citizenship as well. Now I've received the letter to sponsor my parents and since I intend to call them as I meet all the requirements. Furthermore, I have a sibling who is single and is not financially dependent on my parents and does not intend to immigrate to Canada. So, at this point, I am filing immigration for both my parents.

My questions are:
Do I have to file for both parents individually/ separately?
What are necessary steps to take in order to file for immigration?
Do these documents need to be filled up by my parents and sibling individually?

Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) (PDF, 570KB)
Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) (PDF, 553.83KB)

Thank you,
Nick.

Can someone please reply on below question:

I am sponsoring my parents and my income is sufficient to sponsor them. As my income is sufficient we are planning NOT to add my wife as co signer

If i select 'NO' (in point 1 of form 5768e) and my wife is not co-signing the undertaking , do we still need to fill info for point 15,16(asking for SIN and signature) , 17 in the form 5768e?

Congratulation.
Among your parents, pick one to be the main applicant and the other would be dependant. There is no need to file 2 different forms for each of your parents.
If your sibling is not financial dependant, then you do not need to count her/him in when calculating the family size however, you need to declare his/her personal info in the forms where applicable even though she/he is not going to immigrate to Canada.
In the application package, there is a instruction with every details so you should read it and follow its content carefully then you are done

IRCC has done a very poor job with the forms, some of them are very confusing an some have conflicting information.
To answer your question, the application package must be mailed to the Ottawa address you mentioned.

Where is the confusion buddy. Just send it to the address given in GUIDE. Even in checklist they say refer Guide for address. And in the Guide they said, even if address says OTTAWA, your application will be processed in Mississauga. But in any case don't worry let CIC handle how they get their POST after you send it to correct address. That address is anyway not real physical address, that's their virtual mailbox station address.
