Thanks a bunch. Are you 100 sure? Because the doc says it should be canadian certified and also that the affidavit is mandatory.You don’t need an affidavit from the translator if you had a notarized translation. Translator and notary public do not need to be certified by Canada. They just need to be certified in the country of origin.
My suggestion to you is to get a new notarized translation because the one you have is 5 years old. CIC will want a more recent one.
I am applying for pgp 2019 actually. Did the 2018 instructions had same wording in guide and still non Canadian and without affidavit worked?
