Hello all, today i received the medical and ppc request for my mother. On reading the medical form i see that the address given is a toronto address (my address) but she lives in India. Is this normal ? shouldnt it be an India address on the form ? Also once the PPC and medical is completed do the forms need to be uploaded via the webform on the CIC website ?

Doctor will send report by himself, you just need to upload PCC
Better to change address to correct one using webform

You mean address for your mom is your address? They can go to any panel physician anywhere.

Maybe your out your address for your mom when you filled the form which is also fine.

Guys I am in the 2nd round of applicants in year 2018. Today E-cas shows decision made on sponsors portion. Also shows processing has started on Permanent residency. However, Haven't got any correspondence email yet.

Yup. This looks like they've transferred your papers to LVO.

Anyone who knows about USE of REPRESENTATIVE FORM, need some help here: I have received SA email and my application has been forwarded to New Delhi. While filling 'Use of Representative Form' what should I fill in for following fields:
1) Name of the office where the application was submitted.
2) Type of application
3) Your representative's contact information :
Name of the firm or organization (if applicable)


For #3 do I need to give in my information (I am sponsoring my Parents) as it says Firm or Organization.

My parents has done the medicals sometime in April for 2018, they may have this in the system. I also read somewhere that medicals are valid for a year.
Does this mean they may clear the medicals based on what they have on the file? Or its is mandatory to have the new medicals?

My client status under sponsorship application is decision made and permanent residence application is in process...i got sponsorship approval on Feb 6 ...so decision made means r they sending medical in few days?..experts comment pls

Did you get any email correspondence? I haven't received anything. However, it states correspondence is been send out..

They started processing on Jan 08 and same day asked for my Dad's death certificate, which I sent on Jan 11. After that no info. Still showing in process for both applications in Ecas and online showing need additional documents.
