Hey guys, re IMM 5562. So I spoke to IRCC today. Only foreign travels must be listed. I was given this reason for current country of residence to be mentioned. Let's say somebody was born in France but now they live in Italy and last year they went to Pais. They need to mention this trip to Paris regardless of the fact that this is their country of origin.

Hey it's pretty simple though - but I'll try to explain and m hoping it'll make sense.. I'll start from Question#2

Q2 - already filled with 1

Q3 - A) Once you filled the form IMM008 - and for example, this form you will fill for your parents(Father & Mother) and they don't have any dependent child..... Then over here will be 2 and if just one of them then will be just 1
In Part B)- If you have previously signed any undertakings as a sponsor and it still in processing phase then you need to provide the number that how many?

Q4 - If your spouse have previously signed any undertakings as a sponsor and it still in processing phase then you need to provide the number that how many?

Q5 - If you have a spouse then you need to enter here 1

Q6 - If you have kids then you need to enter here how many

I appreciate you taking time in responding to my query. I understood that part. My question was for Q17 on IMM 5768 where with my co-signer's 3 yrs of income it asks for his family size. So my question is if my co-signer never sponsored anybody in the past and it's the fist time he is co-signing. Does his family size remain same as mine. Say I am putting 4 (myself,my parents and my spouse) in Q14 with my 3 yrs of income, so his would be the same as well?

Yes - then this is correct that you need to enter the same family size what you had in Question# 14 - as in your case is 4

I got selected in the recent draw for parents PR.

I'm filling out the application forms but I have few questions... please help me...!!!!

Note: I'm sponsoring my mom and dad both...... I'm married and there is no co-signer....

1. IMM 1344
a. Person you are sponsoring (principal applicant)... Here I should put my dad's name only?? If so, do I need to fill out second form for my mom?
b. Sponsor person details.... Here it will be my details..correct me if I'm wrong...

2. IMM 0008
a. This should be filled with my dad and mom's details?
b. Do I need to fill out IMM 0008dep?

3. IMM 5768 ..... For this please correct me if I'm wrong...
a. In Question 3 -> A -> I have to mention "2" based on my IMM 0008
a. Here in Question 3 -> B -> i -> I have to put "1" ? (I have sponsored my wife 2 years ago and she is PR now...!!!)

CORRECT, just your DAD only - pls don't fill second time for your mother because if your father will be main applicant then your mother will come as dependent

No need to fill out this form because in your case - your dad is main applicant and your mom will be as a dependent and you can fill her details in IMM0008

The document checklist for the PGP does not ask to fill out IMM5562.
Where's the requirement to fill IMM 5562 coming from?
Am I missing something here?

Sorry I may caused confusion there - and will correct myself there - Good eye though!!

No need to fill out this form second time because in every application there will always be one main applicant and the rest will be dependent
This form asks information about the Principal applicant only.

Please don't get confused - As I said in my above answer that there will be no need to fill 1344 form again for your mother because she will come under main applicant(your Father) as dependent - although you had to fill the other forms for your both parents such as Background, Family info.. etc

Recently as requested , they had undergone Medical
Before that i (sponsor) got an email with following comments

We have all the documents, wondering how are we supposed to send them..

I have all scanned copies of documents, and am i supposed to upload that to an account (already Linked), could not find a link through ?
Option 2
Are we supposed to send them by post..?

Where's the requirement to fill IMM 5562 coming from?
Am I missing something here?

It is an additional form requested after sponsor is approved and application is sent to local visa office. The form was requested together with police certificates and medical exam. You are not missing anything. Just follow the check list.
