I filled in all my parents’ children including me in the family form-imm5406.Realized I used the older version of schedule A that did not had the validation option.. but still confused over the family info.. I filled it compelely and for both parents. They stated i should include info for all even though not accompanying, all my brother and sisters are above the age of 21. I guess we dont have fill their schedule A and family info?
You are saying you filled separate forms for all family members not accompanying as a dependents (over 21 years)?I filled in all my parents’ children including me in the family form-imm5406.
I applied in April 3rd. In Process in 28th of May. Decision made on June 1st. And PR in process since 13 th of June. Unfortunately no email so far about SA and LVO!Applied for my parents and application received as per ECAS on April 16th. Still waiting to hear back from them

What else can you do to make sure your application is ready for processing?
· If you have not already done your medical examination, please ensure to do it as soon as you receive the medical instructions and forms.
· If your sponsor has not already paid the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) please see our website for how to pay fees online: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp. RPRF has to be paid for you and your spouse only.
· If you have not already done so, obtain any required police certificates for you (and any dependents 18 or older). Please see our website for how to obtain police certificates: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/index.asp.
PLEASE DO SEND THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS: confirmation of medical exam form, copies of RPRF receipts, police certificates for you and your accompanying family members.
Following the instructions listed above will help us use our office resources to process your application more efficiently.
