Yes, you are right!Only if the brother and daughter are dependents should the family size be 4 in your example, right ? If not, then family size should be 2. That's my understanding.

Never mind I was just joking with you on one of your posts where you mentioned my name.lolSorry I don't get what you mean.
Ah. Hi Harry. LOL!Never mind I was just joking with you on one of your posts where you mentioned my name.lol
You need to write down the full name;Date of Birth at the backHi,
Need we write the full name(first and last) on the back of the photo? Or writing the first name is enough?
Thanks.

Well I did all with black inkHi, does the color of the pen used for signatures matter ? Looking to those who already got AOR, for an answer. Thanks!
Hmm. I was thinking of using a blue pen, so it's easy to distinguish between photocopies/scans vs. real signatures. Did you already get AOR ?Well I did all with black ink
I remember reading "black or dark-blue ink" requirement on some form. Not sure which one though.Hmm. I was thinking of using a blue pen, so it's easy to distinguish between photocopies/scans vs. real signatures. Did you already get AOR ?
I'm quite sure both colors are accepted.
Just a quick question. How would you fill out if you have been doing two separate jobs at the same time? Would you suggest writing down the gross income of both of these jobs separately from both the T4's? Or would you still suggest writing them by following your example? To help you without confusing you, i have created the below example, infact this is the exact method i followed for my application:
Assuming that you are making $100,000 per annum since 2015 and you have worked for 4 different companies and your family size has been 5 since 2015, I have filled the section 14 of form in year-wise fashion, and I would suggest you to pick gross income mentioned in your NOAs.
For your employment from 2018-01-01 to present, you can total the salary as per your paychecks. Make sure you leave no gaps inbetween the dates. Hopefully this helps!
Hmm, probably good rule in general to sign in dark colors, so it's scannable. I don't see it on the forms though, unless I overlooked it.I remember reading "black or dark-blue ink" requirement on some form. Not sure which one though.
Could be on passport application... I filled one in parallel, so these mixed in my head..Hmm, probably good rule in general to sign in dark colors, so it's scannable. I don't see it on the forms though, unless I overlooked it.
Parents being sponsored are included in family size. So for you it would be 7 for all 3 previous years.Just a quick question. Secondly, the family size under Employment History in Q#14 means the sponsor, sponsor's spouse, and dependent children only? Or do we also have to count the principal applicant (i.e. sponsored person)? In my case, it's myself, my wife, and 4 dependent children. And I am sponsoring my mother only. My father is deceased and my mother has no dependents. So am i writing the family size as 6? or does it have to be 7?
Please advise.
Thank you Rob.Parents being sponsored are included in family size. So for you it would be 7 for all 3 previous years.
just split NOA amount in 2 lines according T4 amounts if no other incomeThank you Rob.
I guess my only remaining confusion is how to write two different jobs. During the last three years, in addition to my day job, I also did an evening job for about a year. I have the T4's for both of these jobs. I have the NOA's. But the NOA's show the total income in line 150. Do you suggest I fill the employment history by breaking down the income of both of these jobs from their T4's? Or would you have some other suggestion for me? Please and thank you.
Hieverything is clear in instructions - english and native language
Type the required info in English, print the form and write in native language with hand.Hi
I have missed to mention names in native language, in form "Additional Family info" form. and submitted my application 2 days back.
Instructions Guide didnt mention anything on names in native language but its clearly mention on the Form itself.
Can anyone suggest, what should be the course of action now ?
Thanks
